Founder of KoChef, Sara Black , a traveler herself for work and family vacations, came across the real Kosher Challenge, we always enjoyed the vacations, but the food was expensive, compromising and tasteless - if at all available! We found ourselves giving up on our dream location due to Kosher availability and logistic restrictions.

With a great passion for excellent food, travel and creativity, we take the local culinary culture and flavors which elevate the experience, and transform it into Kosher cuisine!

Sara Black Charm
Executive Chef Sara Black Charm has been in the culinary world for over 15 Years. She has traveled the world, experimenting and studying Kosher and Non-Kosher culinary cooking acquiring the unique ability to convert any style of food into an amazing Kosher dish!

Sara has a rich experience as a Head Chef of a Jerusalem 5 star hotel. She is the owner and executive chef of Asparagus Catering, managing events to create the perfect occasion. 

Sara is well known as a private chef, traveling around the world to exotic and unusual locations with her kosher clients, creating - from local and imported ingredients - incredible Kosher meals that complete and complement the perfect trip.

Sara believes that the Jewish world needs quality kosher food without compromises. To that end, Sara spends part of her time mentoring young chefs, making the world a tastier, kosher place.
